Sabine Pilots’ service was suspended due to dense fog again at 1227 today (2 February). Traffic is expected to move inbound first if conditions improve early enough.

During the Singapore Air Show from 9 to 19 February, unless authorised by the Port Master, vessels are prohibited from entering, anchoring, mooring, transiting or being in the area bounded by the following co-ordinates (WGS 84 Datum): A) 01 deg. 22.198’N / 104 deg. 00.844’E B) 01 deg. 22.384’N / 104 deg. 00.960’E C) 01 deg. 21.832’N / 104 deg. 02.092’E D) 01 deg. 21.653’N / 104 deg. 01.970’E
The prohibited area will be in effect from 0800 to 1800 hours daily from 9 February to 19 February.
When in the vicinity of the working area, mariners are reminded to: (a) Keep well clear of the area; (b) Maintain a proper lookout; (c) Proceed at a safe speed & navigate with caution; (d) Maintain a listening watch on VHF Channel 21 (Sembawang Control); and (e) Communicate with Sembawang Control on VHF Channel 21 for assistance, if required.
