Sevan Drilling will be listed on Oslo Børs Monday 13 February 2012. Sevan Drilling has been listed on Oslo Axess since May 2011 and will be the third company to transfer the listing of its shares from Oslo Axess to Oslo Børs.
Representatives from the company will ring the bell at 09.00AM and will be available for the press shortly after.

About Sevan Drilling: Sevan Drilling ASA is an international offshore drilling contractor specializing in the ultra deepwater (UDW) segment. The Company owns and operates two UDW drilling units. Sevan Driller has been operating under a 6-year charter contract with Petrobras since June 2010 off the coast of Brazil. Sevan Brasil is currently under construction and scheduled for commencement of a six-year charter contract with Petrobras in Brasil in the second quarter of 2012. The Company has also entered into turn-key building contracts with Cosco Shipyard for the construction of two UDW drilling units of the same design as Sevan Driller and Sevan Brasil, and holds options for two additional units of the same specification.
