Kverneland delisting from Oslo Børs

The shares in Kverneland ASA will be delisted from Oslo Børs. Last day of listing will be Tuesday 15 May 2012.

Kverneland ASA has in a letter dated 11 May 2012 pursuant to Continuing Obligations section 15.1 (4) cf  Stock Exchange Act section 25 (1), applied for a delisting of the company’s shares from Oslo Børs.

Oslo Børs has on 14 May 2012 made the following resolution:

“The shares in Kverneland ASA are to be delisted from Oslo Børs. Last day of listing of the shares will be 15 May 2012.”
