Havila Ariel delisting from Oslo Axess

The shares in Havila Ariel ASA will be delisted from Oslo Axess. Last day of listing will be Friday 8 June 2012.

Havila Ariel ASA has in a letter dated 25 May 2012 pursuant to Continuing Obligations section 15.1 (4) cf. Stock Exchange Act section 25 (1), applied for delisting of the company’s shares from Oslo Axess.

Oslo Børs has on 6 June 2012 made the following resolution:

“The shares in Havila Ariel ASA are to be delisted from Oslo Axess. Last day of listing of the shares will be Friday 8 June, 2012.”
