27/06/2013 – Oslo Børs has decided to delist the shares of Reservoir Exploration Technology ASA (ticker: RXT). The bond issued by Reservoir Exploration Technology ASA with ISIN NO0010477763 and ticker RXT03 will also be delisted from its listing on Oslo Børs. The reason for the delisting is that the company is bankrupt.
The delisting of the shares is pursuant to Continuing Obligations section 15.1 (1) cf Stock Exchange Act section 25 (1). The delisting of the bond is pursuant to the Bond Rules section 8.1 (1) cf. Stock Exchange Act section 25 (1). The shares and the bond have been suspended from trading since 12 June.
Oslo Børs has on 27 June 2013 made the following resolution: “The shares in Reservoir Exploration Technology ASA will be delisted from Oslo Børs from 3 July 2013. The last day of listing will be on 2 July 2013. The bond issued by Reservoir Exploration Technology ASA with ISIN NO0010477763 and ticker RXT03 wil be delisted with effect from 3 July 2013. The last day of listing will be 2 July 2013”
