DSV Solutions in Slovakia was awarded a long term contract to operate Sealed Air warehousing and distribution operations from their facility in Senec, near Bratislava.
To facilitate the entire operation, DSV Solutions extended the current Hazardous Goods warehouse with an additional 10, 000 m2 of new warehouse from Prologis across the road. The hub will cover a large part of the European Supply Chain of Sealed Air and will be responsible for all order picking, distribution management and value added services.
DSV has a longstanding experience in the packed chemicals and cleaning products industry, and has already been serving the Sealed Air organization in a number of key markets in the region.
