Severe weather warning for South Africa – 27-28 September 2013

gac smhi horz-alert- 21 09 20132013-09-25 21:48:21 – A very intense low is moving slowly E wards in the waters south of Africa and causing severe weather conditions in the area.

Expect strong gale or STORM and high sea (sign. 6-9 meters) from Cape of Good Hope along the coast to south of Durban from 27 to 28 September. From 29 September gradually improving conditions.

Hence, please be prepared for some delayed voyages in South African waters.
