Acknowledging the increasing need of our membership to have comprehensive emergency response plans and access to immediate assistance in the event of an incident, we have introduced an out of office emergency response service for our Members and brokers. This complements the existing service already provided by the Club and our global network of Correspondents.
Calling the emergency contact number provides a quick and effective way to speak directly to a duty Shipowners’ claims handler in the event of an incident or casualty involving an entered vessel.
Our aim is to protect our Members’ interests by responding efficiently to incidents. This can range from a small incident to a significant casualty requiring the appointment of a team of experts.
The claims response service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on the numbers given below. During office hours the emergency number will redirect to the relevant corresponding office switchboard.
