PCAI POLYECO CONTEMPORARY ART INITIATIVE AT 2015 TRIPLE COPs IN GENEVA
Polyeco Contemporary Art Initiative (PCAI) successfully participated at the 2015 Triple COPs that took place in Geneva in May, for the biannual meeting of the three conventions (Basel, Rotterdam, Stockholm) that define all issues related to hazardous chemical substances.
MINISTER OF DEFENSE IN ALBANIA LAUNCHES THE CEREMONY FOR THE COMMENCEMENT OF POLYECO S.A. HAZARDOUS WASTE PROJECT WITH OSCE
On the 27th of May 2015 Polyeco S.A. was invited by OSCE (Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe) and the Albanian Government to the ceremony that marked the beginning of the transportation of 116 tons of dangerous chemicals from temporary storage at Qafe –Molle military facilities, to EU licensed facilities, in accordance to Basel Convention Specifications.

EPE and its affiliated companies POLYECO and ERMA FIRST participate as sponsors in the program “Painting school buildings”, which is realized under the auspices of the Ministry of Education and have assigned to the graffiti team Urban Act to create a mural about the Sea and the Environment in the entire building of the 22nd Piraeus Primary School.

Polyeco S.A. had an exhibitors booth in the event which took place at the Congresium International Convention & Exhibition Centre in Ankara from April 16 to 18 2015. FINALISATION OF DISPOSAL OF 1.000 TONS OF CORROSIVE CATALYST WASTE FROM OMAN REFINERY
POLYECO S.A. efficiently finalized the project for repackaging, transportation and final disposal of 1.000 tons of highly corrosive catalyst stored at the premises of Oman Oil Refineries and Petroleum Industries Company (ORPIC) in Liwa and Sohar.

Polyeco S.A. continues to support the exchange of scientific knowledge by sponsoring the International Conference of Industrial Waste and Wastewater Treatment and Valorization (IWWATV). The Conference was organized by The Unit of Environmental Science and Technology (UEST), an educational and research unit of the School of Chemical Engineering, National Technical University of Athens and the Hellenic Water Association and was held at the President Hotel in Athens, Greece from the 21st to the 23rd of May 2015.
POLYECO S.A. AT THE INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ALBANIA OIL, GAS & ENERGY 2015
On 17th and 18th of March the Conference Albania Oil, Gas & Energy 2015 was held in Tirana at which, the Prime Minister Edi Rama, the Energy Minister, Damian Gkinouri and the Trade Minister Arben Achmetaz, participated. Polyeco successfully participated as a sponsor strengthening its already dominant presence in Albania and Southeast Europe.
