The first event of the 2015 series, Smart Operations: Miami examined how logistical integration and technology can allow ship owners to achieve operational efficiency at berth and lower costs throughout the supply chain.

Smart Operations: Tokyo examined how the integration of shore based management and on board operations can enable technologies, reduce operational costs and achieve operational optimisation within the maritime industry.
