We are more than pleased to advise you of one more graduation ceremony, this time at the heart of the English Channel coast, in Southampton! As always a touching moment and for many Greeks studying in the UK this is a sign of success and sheer optimism, given the circumstances Greece is going through! There are over 40, 000 Greeks studying in the United Kingdom and nearly 1, 000 are studying in Southampton University and Colleges!
We had also another good reason as one of our viewers obtained at the Southampton University his Bachelor Degree in Social Science! Antonis Vyrgiotis made it and now will expedite all options open to him to further his studies and career in the shipping industry. Over the last two years he did his best and successfully obtained his degree. Antonis made it many times to London to attend events, and various shipping functions and charity events using his networking capabilities! From a young age before finishing lyceum he began to attend the Posidonia exhibitions. The graduation ceremony took place at the Nuffield theatre on the Highfield campus at the university.
