London, 1 March 2016 – Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty (AGCS) has appointed Andrew Whitehouse as Regional Unit London (RUL) Head of Marine. He will report to Brian Kirwan, AGCS Chief Executive Officer UK, and Paul O’Neill, Global Head of Marine and Energy, starting on 1st March 2016.
Andrew has been with AGCS since 2010 when he joined as a Senior Cargo Underwriter and was subsequently promoted to the Head of Cargo RUL in 2011. In his six years he has been fundamental in growing the portfolio and creating a strong Marine team. In addition to his role within Allianz he is also a member of the Lloyds Market Joint Cargo Committee.
