The “Scot Leader”

Scotline are pleased to announce the purchase of Scot Leader, IMO 9404235 (formally MV Odertal).  Scot Leader was built in August 2007 in Bodewes Shipyard Holland and is ice classed; she is 4507 DWAT and has cubics of about 6360m3. She will be sailing under the British Flag like the rest of the Scotline fleet. Photos were taken in Hull where she was handed over to Scotline and underwent a drydocking, including being painted in the Scotline house colours. Thanks must be given to our Super Intendants Mark and John who worked tirelessly to get her to a high standard in time for her first cargo.

Scot Leader is the most recent acquisition to Scotline’s fleet of 9 owned vessels. In these difficult times Scotline are always looking for opportunities to enhance our fleet, to better serve our customers with the most reliable service.

Full specs of Scot Leader can be found on our website: http://www.scotline.co.uk/mv-scot-leader/
