06/12/2016 – At its meeting on 6 December 2016, The Board of Directors of Oslo Børs resolved to admit the shares in Link Mobility Group ASA and Pareto Bank Group ASA to listing on Oslo Børs as transfers of listings from Oslo Axess.For Link Mobility, the Board stipulated that prior to the first day of listing the company must publish an approved prospectus summary in accordance with the Securities Trading Act section 7-5 (1) nr. 11, cf. the Securities Trading Regulations section 7-2 (1), e.
The Board authorized the Chief Executive Officer of Oslo Børs to determine the date of the first day of listing, which is to be no later than 20 January 2017 for both companies.
