|FENDER REPLACEMENT WORKS

|Construction works are being conducted on the existing link bridge at East Coast Park Lagoon until 9 June 2017.According to the According to the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore Port Marine Notice No. 141 of 2016, the works will be carried out from 0800 to 1800 hours daily – including Sundays & Public Holidays – within the working area bounded by following co-ordinates (WGS 84 Datum):
1) 01 deg. 18.334’N / 103 deg. 55.922’E
2) 01 deg. 18.340’N / 103 deg. 55.948’E
3) 01 deg. 18.314’N / 103 deg. 55.954’E
4) 01 deg. 18.311’N / 103 deg. 55.928’EThe construction work will involve the removal of the existing link bridge structures, installation of piles, column construction and beam structural work. A safety boat will be deployed in the vicinity of the working area to warn other craft of the project work.
Craft involved in the works will exhibit the appropriate local and international day and night signals.

|For approximately 7 months, fender replacement works will be carried out [at North Point Vehicular Ferry Pier] within the area bounded by straight lines joining the following co-ordinates (WGS 84 Datum) from (A) to (D):
(A) 22 deg. 17.709’N / 114 deg. 12.208’E
(B) 22 deg. 17.672’N / 114 deg. 12.211’E
(C) 22 deg. 17.670’N / 114 deg. 12.182’E
(D) 22 deg. 17.708’N / 114 deg. 12.179’EThe works will be carried out by a crane barge.A working area of approximately 15 metres around the barge will be established.
The hours of work will be from 0800 to 1800 hours. No works will be carried out on Sundays and public holidays. The barge will not stay in the works area outside the hours of work.
Vessel engaged in the operations will display signals as prescribed in international and local regulations.
Vessels navigating in the vicinity should proceed with caution.
