The Benaki Museum’s Administrative Committee and Foundation staff express their deepest sorrow for the loss of the Academician and Professor Angelos Delivorrias, who for 45 years led the Foundation from the positions of Director and member of the Administrative Committee. 

The broadness of spirit, confidence in man, the incessant hard work and endless creativity were the inspiration for those who were lucky enough to know him either personally or through the important work.

The loss is unbearable.
