Developing an Innovation Center for Maritime Technologies in New York

NEW YORK- June 9, 2018- On Tuesday June 19th during Marine Money’s marathon ship finance week at The Pierre Hotel in New York, there will be an afternoon session presented by the Maritime Global Technology Innovation Center (MGTIC) beginning at 2:00.  Entitled “Connecting and Catalyzing Promising Maritime Tech Developments in New York and the World”, this session will showcase specific projects that are underway, and the opportunity which exists through this coalition group.

MGTIC bridges the maritime industry, startups, technological resources, and investors through a collaborative environment.  As a neutral ground for entrepreneurs and focused in a thriving maritime ecosystem it serves to CONNECT and CATALYZE New York’s maritime and founder communities.
