Mild losses for the BDI; Geopolitics more than perplexed and Coronavirus spreads further…
The BDI (Baltic Dry Index) lost five points since yesterday and now reads 1,504. Geopolitics not just perplexed, dubious. If we don’t tackle Coronavirus now, expect despicable upheavals. John Faraclas’ brief daily recap:
The Capes’ BCI was down 14 points and now reads 2,264
Three valuable points for the Panamaxes’ BPI now at 1,619…
Minus two points for the Supras’ BSI now at 958…
Plus three points for the Handies’ BHSI now standing at 658…
All in all it looks likely that we might see the BDI below the 1,500 points threshold as there is no steam in the Dry Markets…
Losses for Wets; the last published BDTI (Dirties) and BCTI (Cleans) stood at 472 – minus one and 492 – minus ten points respectively and loss of the 500 points threshold. CAUTION!
The WTI was down 51 cents since yesterday and now stands at US$ 42.95 !!! Let’s hope for a further drop!!!

In the faulty line from Gib to Afghanistan and from the Caucuses down to the Horn of Africa expect the unexpected  with Turkey and its patrons / backers in the biggest geopolitical scam humanity is about to witness… S H A M E… Despite what is evolving, we dead well know long ago from the very beginning an on purpose scam against Greece and Cyprus, what is known in other words as: somebody is trying to call a fast one against Greece and Cyprus. Allowing a collaborator and a fan of Terrorists – ISIS and others – such as the Turkish president Erdogan, from what is by now known to all in the media and bullying Greece and Cyprus, two EU states it is self-explanatory… SHAME! We all know of vested interests but things can get sour… You never do always what you want – to paraphrase the famous hit…
Europe continues to be in a mess… and things will get worse…
BREXIT as we said in the past – just before the 2016 Referendum, will make the World go round…
