| DULY NOTED Wednesday, September 4, 2024 A vegetation fire that erupted on the Tête de Chien site in La Turbie above the Principality late Monday afternoon was contained through the combined efforts of water bombing helicopters and ground operations. The fire, which burned approximately 8,000 square meters, required 55 water drops and the mobilisation of 18 fire engines, three helicopters, and 22 firefighters, most of which remained at the site until yesterday morning. |
