Algiers Point update
According to the Louisiana Maritime Association (LAMA) Daily Report, the Main Channel Closure at the Huey P Long Bridge will be closed from 23 May at 2100 hours to 24 May at 0500 hours.

Stoppage at Newcastle terminals
Unions have announced the following stoppage at PWCS terminals (Kooragang and Carrington) on 24 May 2013, Friday.
The stoppage will take place on 24 May from 6:30 a.m. until 14:30 pm. The new protected action follows a massive show of support during a four-hour 15 May work stoppage. During that stoppage, over 200 members unanimously endorsed future action necessary to bring about a resolution to the dispute.
