Keeping updated on new and retroactive requirements from IMO can be a challenge. DNV made a summary with the most important IMO requirements entering into force during the next two-year period.
This information is recommended to Technical, Safety, Quality and Operation departments of shipping companies, but there is also information relevant for yards and newbuilding departments. The IMO amendments that enter into force the following two years refer to the following Conventions/ Codes SOLAS, NOx Technical Code, MLC 2006, FSS Code, PSPC Code and LL.
