Jetty berth closure for works
To allow essential berth face replacement works to continue, the East Jetty
Extension Berth at Immingham will be closed to all shipping between 0800
hours on 30 March and 1900 hours on 3 April.

Lock chamber to close for dredging works
The Kiel Canal Authorities have announced that on from 07:30 to 11:30 hours
on Monday 24 March, the New Big South Lock Chamber at Brunsbuettel will be
out of service for dredging works.
During this period, only the two small lock chambers will be available, and
only vessels
with a maximum LOA of 125m/beam 20, 5m and tide-dependent draft can be
served.

Due to low visibility and fog in the vicinity of MM94.5 AHP, the
Mississippi River was closed to all traffic at Algiers Point at 0704 hours
local time today (21 March).

Temporary closure of landing steps
Landing steps No.1 of Kowloon Public Pier will be temporarily closed to
marine traffic from 1000 hours to 1700 hours on 23 March 2014 (Sunday) to
facilitate an exhibition to take place at the piazza area of the Hong Kong
Cultural Centre.
A training vessel will be berthed to the landing steps during the period
mentioned above.
Owners, operators, coxswains and person-in-charge of vessels are advised to
use other landing steps of the Pier during the period of closure.
