Michael Thomas, a leading expert on the Middle East and Chairman of Pathfinder Trade & Invest, will be taking a bespoke Trade Mission to Kurdistan from 15th to 19th March 2015. Join him on this exclusive event.

Following the very successful luncheon organised by Pathfinder on behalf of Her Excellency Bayan Sami Abdul Rahman, KRG High Representative in London, and the excellent briefing last month organised by the Kurdistan Business Association, Pathfinder is now working in association with the Kurdistan Regional Government in organising a high level delegation to meet with senior businessmen and key Ministries in Erbil. The Mission will be framed , as far as possible, to meet the objectives of delegates, and will be led by Michael Thomas who led the first British Trade Mission to Kurdistan following the fall of Sadam Hussein, Michael maintains excellent relationships with the KRG.

Security where required will be provided by the KRG. Whilst the FCO Travel Advise currently advises against all but essential travel to Erbil, the Kurds have had considerable success with pushing back ISIL from their borders and there are now clear signs that now is the time to reconnect and develop relationships in this very important developing market.

The Arrangements
