Veritas Petroleum Services delivers testing, inspection and advisory solutions that help their customers achieve measurable improvements to fuel management, fuel cost, operational efficiency and compliance with marine fuel regulatory requirements.
The bond loan that is admitted to listing today – Veritas Petroleum Serv 14/19 7, 00% USD C – is an issue of USD 70 million with an interest rate of 7 %, with maturity in April 2019. Arctic Securities is the manager for the issue.
