Inchcape Shipping Services (ISS), the world’s leading maritime, cargo and supply chain solutions provider, has announced a key addition to its Marine Outsourcing team with the appointment of Tony Carter to VP Operations – Marine Outsourcing.
Tasked with optimising the company’s service delivery across the globe, Tony will report to Trond Baade, ISS Senior VP – Marine Outsourcing. Tony has over 30 years’ experience in international port agency and indepth expertise in developing and managing global businesses in local, regional, trans-regional and worldwide environments.
The new appointment demonstrates ISS’ commitment to continually enhance its global service. In his new role, Tony will ensure effective operations between ISS service centres and stakeholders, as well implementing, developing and improving processes to meet customers’ requirements worldwide. ISS service centres are based in Dubai, Singapore, Houston and Immingham in the UK.
