EURONAV funnelANTWERP, Belgium, 3 April 2015 – Euronav NV (NYSE: EURN & Euronext: EURN) (“Euronav” or the “Company”) announced today that is has published its annual report for the year 2014 as required under Belgian law applicable to companies listed on Euronext
Brussels (the “Annual Report”). The Annual Report is available on the Company’s website at www.euronav.com.

The Company is also subject to the reporting requirements of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) governing foreign companies listed on the New York Stock Exchange. A U.S. annual report for the year 2014 will be filed with the SEC on Form 20-F by the end of April and will be accessible on the SEC’s website at www.sec.gov and on the Company’s website at www.euronav.com.
