Deal signed to distribute FleetBroadband and Fleet Xpress
15 April 2015: Inmarsat (LSE:ISAT.L), the leading provider of global mobile satellite communications services, today announced the appointment of SRH Marine Electronics SA, a leading network and satellite communications service provider, as a FleetBroadband distributor and Fleet Xpress Value Added Reseller (VAR) for the maritime market. Based in Piraeus, Greece, SRH will bring L-band and Ka-band services to one of the largest shipping markets in the world.
As a fast growing service provider with a suite of Value Added Services and Solutions, SRH is well placed to distribute both the flagship FleetBroadband service as well as Fleet Xpress, the Maritime Global Xpress service offering, as demand for a high-speed, fully managed service continues to increase.
