Dowell Lin began his career with Glander International Bunkering as a Bunker & Lubricant Trader in 2010. Mr. Lin has shown great ability supplying to the offshore segment and has exhibited strong leadership skills. Dowell speaks Mandarin, English, Taiwanese and holds a Bsc in Marketing.
