At a meeting on 24 August 2015, The Stock Exchange Appeals Committee considered an appeal by Evry ASA against the resolution passed by Oslo Børs on 15 June 2015 declining the company’s application for de-listing.
The Stock Exchange Appeals Committee has made the following resolution:
Oslo Børs’ resolution of 15 June 2015 to decline EVRY ASA’s application for de-listing is set aside. The application is granted.

The Stock Exchange Appeals Committee is an independent committee, appointed by the Ministry of Finance. Oslo Børs is involved only to publish the Committee’s resolution on behalf of the Committee.
