AINMT lists its first bond issue on Oslo Børs

06/11/2015 AINMT Scandinavia Holdings AS lists its first bond issue on Oslo Børs today.

AINMT Holdings AB is the parent company of AINMT Scandinavia Holdings AS. The AINMT group provides mobile broadband internet access, voice and smartphone services (Norway), VoIP telephony and machine-to-machine solutions for consumers and businesses.

The bond loan that is admitted to listing today –  AINMT Scandinavia H AS 14/19 9, 75% SEK C – is an issue of SEK 1, 500 million with an interest rate of 9.75 %, with maturity in October 2019. Pareto Securities, DNB Bank, DNB Markets and Swedbank Norge are the managers for the issue.
