20/11/2015 – Citycon lists its first bond issues on Oslo Børs today.

Citycon is a leading owner, manager and developer of urban, grocery-anchored shopping centres in the Nordic and Baltic region, managing assets that total close to EUR 5 billion and with market capitalisation of approximately EUR 2 billion. Citycon is No. 1 shopping centre owner in Finland and Estonia and among the market leaders in Norway and Sweden.

It is the Dutch daughter company, Citycon Treasury B.V., that lists the two bonds today with total outstanding value of NOK 2.65 billion:

• Citycon Treasury B.V. 15/21 FRN C
• Citycon Treasury B.V. 15/25 3, 90% C

Danske Bank Markets and Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken are the managers for the issues.
