Listed as one of the 20 Youngest Power Women In Africa by Forbes magazine in 2014, Amy was also named a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader. In 2015 the Financial Times named  Amy as one of the top 25 Africans to Watch.

A graduate of Oxford University Medical School, Amy joined Goldman Sachs International in London, before completing her MBA at Stanford Business School. She then moved to Nigeria and set up a financial consultancy firm before joining the management team of LILE, an oil services company, and then LADOL, an oil and gas fabrication and multi-logistics services base, as managing director. Amy brings her oil and gas expertise to the Annual Debate to discuss: How will Africa reduce its power deficit?

Amy recently joined the Global Commission on Business and Sustainable Development launched in January at the World Economic Forum in Davos. Co-chaired by Lord Mark Malloch Brown, former UN Deputy Secretary General, and Paul Polman, Unilever’s CEO, the Commission seeks to help mobilise the business community and the next generation of entrepreneurs, and identify new business and financial models, as well as market opportunities for companies who are invested in sustainable approaches.

At the Annual Debate you will meet 200 + investors, market leaders and senior decision makers from your sector: government agencies, energy, finance, professional services, logistics, retail and leisure.
