The IMO and the promotion of maritime professions; a conference in Tenerife

Capt. Antonio M. Padrón y Santiago, “IMO Maritime Ambassador” and Maritime Authority of Tenerife gave a lecture entitled “The International Maritime Organization (IMO) and the promotion of maritime professions” at an event organized by TRIBUNA FORUM in Santa Cruz Tenerife.

The event took place on the occasion of the II Forum “Challenges of Ports, Maritime Transport and infrastructures in the XXI century”.

During the conference, the IMO Maritime Ambassador was accompanied by Mr. Rafael Rodriguez Valero, Director General of the Merchant Marine and Mr. Ricardo Melchior Navarro, President of the Port Authority of Tenerife, who also delivered speeches.
