Captain (HCG) Sratos Drakoulis with CMC president Konstantine Vassilades
Last Wednesday at a full house at the Angelikoussis’ offices Auditorium in Athens, two speakers delivered excellent papers on the Port Sate Control and related matters; Demetri Fokas (naval architect / mechanical engineer and training manager of the Angelikoussis Group) together with Captain (HCG) Stratos Drakoulis – from the HCG’s Commercial ships Directorate.
The speakers were introduced by the newly elected president of the Chios Marine Club Konstantine Vassiliades. An excellent debate and Q&A followed with a great intervention by CMC member captain George Tsouris.
