Capt. Antonio M. Padrón y Santiago, “IMO Maritime Ambassador” and Maritime Authority of Tenerife, held a meeting with representatives of the company PALUMBO TENERIFE SHIPYARD in relation to the implementation of the shipyard in Tenerife
The company PALUMBO TENERIFE SHIPYARD, with shipyards and naval repair centers in Naples, Messina, Malta and Marseille, will be installed in the Port of Santa Cruz de Tenerife because, for those responsible, by its privileged location is a superb logistics and commercial platform capable of offer the best technology and supply services for maritime trade, besides being a strategic naval repair center in the Atlantic ocean.
During the meeting were present, Mrs. Lucia Suñer Machado, Managing Director of PALUMBO TENERIFE SHIPYARD, Mr. Claudio M. Marciano di Scala, Outreach Consultant-Parliamentary Secretary for Competitiveness and Economic Growth (Malta), Mr. Joseph Calleja, General Manager of PALUMBO MALTA SHIPYARD and Mr. Vittorio Carratú, Project Coordinator of MALTA PALUMBO SHIPYARD.
