15/06/2016 – At its meeting on 15 June 2016, the Board of Directors of Oslo Børs resolved to admit the shares in Norwegian Finans Holding ASA to listing on Oslo Børs.
The Board authorised the Chief Executive Officer of Oslo Børs to fix the date of the first day of listing, which is to be no later than 29 July 2016.

Norwegian Finans Holding ASA owns 100% of the shares in Bank Norwegian AS. Bank Norwegian offers consumer loans, credit cards and deposit accounts to retail customers distributed through the Internet in the Nordic market. The bank started operations in Sweden in May 2013. In December 2015, the bank launched operations in Denmark and Finland.
