| The GAC Hong Kong office will be closed on 16 September 2016 for Mid-Autumn Festival, and the office will resume operations on 19 September 2016.During the office closing, all operations matters will be closely monitored by skeleton staff.

| The Central Marine Office on 3/F., Harbour Building, 38 Pier Road, Central, Hong Kong will be open from 0900 hours to 1100 hours on Saturday, 8 October 2016 for entry and outward clearance of all vessels.
In the event of a black rainstorm warning issued by the Hong Kong Observatory during the above period, the office will remain open as scheduled. However, if No. 8 Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal is issued, the office will be closed immediately.
Furthermore, if any one of the above warnings is issued less than 2 hours before 0900 hours, or a warning has been issued and remains in force after 0700 hours, the arrangements will be as follows:
(a) if the warning is cancelled before 1200 hours, the office will be open from 1400 hours to 1600 hours on the same day; and
(b) if the warning is cancelled after 1200 hours, the office will be open from 0900 hours to 1100 hours on Sunday, 9 October 2016.
