Dear SAR Colleagues,

We are delighted to provide the Summary Report and copies of the presentations made at the 3^rdIMRF APRC Regional Development Meeting held last month in Ningbo.

I would like to thank the representatives from the 17 countries and 26 organisations, who attended and participated in the Regional Meeting, and to our hosts China Rescue and Salvage for their support of the meeting.

The report includes an number of IMRF actions recommended, which will be reviewed, and – where possible – included in the 2017-2018 Work Plan for the IMRF APRC.

Thank you all again for your time and valuable contribution to the regional meeting.

With your help working together, we will find ways of cooperating and collaborating to improve maritime SAR coordination and response across the region, so more lives can be saved.
