Another fall for the BDI (Baltic Dry Index) as the capers had another triple digit collapse; Geopolitics are polarised and collapse there is imminent too. John Faraclas daily briefing:
The BDI fall 18 points earlier on today and now reads 813 thanks to the Capers fall.
The BCI 2014 lost 123 – you read correct, one hundred and twenty three points and now stands at 1,348…
The Panamaxes maintained their sustainability gaining just two points, after a minimal but important rise and now the BPI stands at 925 points.
Hurray hurray for the Supras; five points plus, not…bad eh for the BSI standing now at 710 points.
The Handies’ BHSI gained another two and at 430 keeps the pace…
The Wets too with mixed feelings; the last published BDTI (Dirties) and BCTI (Cleans) closed at 680 – minus 11 and 434 – plus six respectively…
So, a disastrous dry market and a questionable wet one; another sky fall, particularly for the Capers and wonder where are the spin doctors hiding? I don’t need to …call in the gurus and all those philosophers of market projections… The Markets are the Markets and as such should be tackled, each in its own merits… A worse day than yesterday and Friday 21st of October

The Turkish blackmail continues in all fronts; respect is what the new Turkish yoke must learn and oblige! Is it true that Turkey wants the NATO forces in the Aegean – particularly NATO’s naval ships to leave? Is it true that Turkey doesn’t like their presence their?
BREXIT creates more issues, but as explained, at the end of the day, one day it will be to the benefit of the British people; the Empire strikes back!
Greece is the country to be closely watched; the politicians of all parties have made it another mess; time to go and an Aristos team to run the country for ten years. The Debt, the famous Debt is not only unsustainable, it is a scam; it is the century’s scam! Both European and Greek politicians interwoven with their cronies have created this 42 year old scam!
The European Union is in tatters; wait and see the dissolution if Germany doesn’t act in accordance with the benefit of all people in Europe – not just for the European Union, but beyond!
If the pools are right in the USA and the 50 – 44 Hillary – Trump percentage is right, then wooooooooooooow; we shall see as even on the 11th hour things can be turned upside down – you never ever know.
