Hamilton, Bermuda, November 21, 2016—BDA Business Development Manager Kevin Richards spoke to @Shippingpodcast host and producer Lena Göthberg about the revitalisation of Bermuda’s shipping industry, the jurisdiction’s blue-chip reputation and the America’s Cup 2017.

Göthberg, a shipping-industry veteran based in Gothenburg, Sweden, interviews maritime professionals around the world. She caught up to Richards at the Connecticut Maritime Association (CMA) Shipping 2016 conference in Stamford earlier this year.

He discussed new industry growth in our jurisdiction, America’s Cup plans and infrastructure developments, ramped-up outreach by the BDA and industry partners worldwide, and the newly created Bermuda Shipping & Maritime Authority (BSMA).
