Capt. Antonio M. Padrón y Santiago, “IMO Maritime Ambassador” and Maritime Authority of Tenerife presided over the Examinig Board for Deck Officers at the Nautical School of Tenerife (University of La Laguna)

A total of five Cadets passed the examination convened for that purpose under the International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers (STCW).

The IMO Maritime Ambassador congratulated the new Merchant Marine Officers wishing them the best successes in the professional stage now beginning.
