HAMBURG/KIEL HSH Nordbank, acting as an agent and security agent made available together with Banco Santander, NIBC Bank and ING Bank, senior-secured credit facilities of EUR 100 million to Zenium. This will enable the company to refinance its existing Frankfurt One data centre in Frankfurt am Main and finance the construction and fit-out of Frankfurt Two, its second data centre in Germany. The two data centres will have a capacity of 27 MW in IT performance.
The company describes itself as a pioneer in the data centre sector and has conceived, designed and delivered more than 400,000 square metres of technical real estate over the past 20 years.
