The International Seafarers’ Welfare and Assistance Network (ISWAN) has launched its new-look website, which has a fresh design and layout aiming to enhance the user experience.

ISWAN’s website has been redesigned to make it easier for visitors to find what they need. Key features include a revamped section on seafarers’ health at sea with free, downloadable resources from ISWAN’s Seafarers’ Health Information Programme (SHIP), and information for companies and organisations interested in becoming a member of ISWAN. A new Stories section brings together case studies from ISWAN’s 24/7 helpline for seafarers, SeafarerHelp, along with its Regional Programme and relief funds.
The website is designed for easy use on both PCs and mobile devices, and can be viewed at seafarerswelfare.org.
‘The new website, designed by Joomkit, will enable ISWAN to attract more website visitors and impart much more information on seafarers’ welfare to our members, companies, seafarers, and the rest of the maritime industry and beyond,’ said Roger Harris, Executive Director of ISWAN.
