Women in sailing announced as hot new topic for next week’s British Marine Spring Expo

At next week’s Expo, British Marine, alongside its new Access to Boating Association, will be hosting a revolutionary participation seminar with leading charity, The Magenta Project, and Sunsail Worldwide Sailing. It will feature the unveiling of a ground-breaking initiative to increase the participation of women in sailing. 

Taking place on the second day of the event (5 February) and free to attend, an exciting panel of leading experts in this field will be joining guests for an interactive Q&A. This includes renwoned British sailor and Chair of the World Sailing Trust, Dee Caffari MBE, entrepenur and Chair of The Magenta Project, Elaine Penhaul, Marketing Director at The Magenta Project, Victoria Low, Parnter and Sailing Team Head at GAC Pindar, Andrew Pindar OBE DL, and successful Paralympic sailor, Helena Lucas MBE.

The only place where you can learn about the brand new participation initative from The Magenta Project and find out the latest on the World Sailing Trust’s Women in Sailing Strategic Review, this seminar is a must attend for anyone with an interest in participation in watersports, segmentation, inclusivity and diversity.
