In response to the recent outbreak of the COVID-19 virus, your Managers are pleased to announce the publication of Infectious Diseases: Charter Party and Other Contractual Considerations.
Trading to and from places affected by such diseases may create lead to charter party and other contractual disputes. Each case will depend on its facts. Furthermore, it is recommended that Members consult with the Managers to coordinate their efforts, obtain advice and take appropriate measures to best protect their interests.
