Same picture as yesterday; Dries up and Wets down
The BDI (Baltic Dry Index) was in general on an upwards mode whilst the Wets continue to dive. Geopolitics a major concern and America is on fire in a multiple way… John Faraclas’ brief recap:
The BDI gained 26 points since yesterday and now stands at 546 thanks mainly to the Capes’ BCI now at 167 – up 85 points… and breaking the 100 points threshold… Hooray!!!!
18 points plus for the Panamaxes’ BPI now at 795 – about, hopefully, to go over the 800 mark !
Two points down for the struggling Supras’ BSI now at 495…
The Handies’ BHSI managed to clinch five points now reading 279!
Falling Wets… with the last published BDTI (Dirties) and BCTI (Cleans) at 653 down 45 and 546 – minus 14 points respectively…CAUTION…
The WTI up at US$ 36.87… Once again, we advise CAUTION for this unprecedented surge…
