Foresight appoints highly regarded Shipping Industry veteran, Mr. Paddy Rodgers as non-executive director on its Board.
Foresight group, an integrated Maritime Shipping and Offshore Drilling company, is delighted to announce that Mr. Patrick (Paddy) Rodgers, ex- Chief Executive of Euronav, has joined its board as non-executive director. With this addition, Mr. Rodgers brings a wealth of experience of almost 35+ years of maritime industry to the board of Foresight. He is currently Director of the Royal Museums Greenwich, comprising of the Royal Observatory, Cutty Sark, National Maritime Museum and Queen’s House. This makes Greenwich one of the world’s largest Maritime Museums.
Foresight’s Executive Chairman, Dr Ravi K Mehrotra said “Foresight is privileged to have Paddy’s extensive networking within the shipping industry, experience in building and developing the fleet of tankers and demonstrable communication and leadership skills will add tremendous value to Foresight’s aim to expand the environmentally friendly Maritime and Offshore business”. Paddy is joining Foresight at a time when the focus of the company is to expand in Shipping and drive growth in post-Covid world.

Paddy is a lawyer by profession and as the maritime industry is filled with plethora of legislation and regulation it is easy for him to understand the industry much better. He has served in the past as Chief Financial Officer of Euronav, and also as Chairman of ITOPF.
