Markets mildly fall further; still no white smoke for the White House…

The BDI (Baltic Dry Index) lost 30 points since yesterday and now reads 1,194 losing also the 1,200 points threshold. Wets bottom out. Planet Ocean awaits for the White House winner. Coronavirus makes things more than difficult. John Faraclas’ daily brief recap:

The Capes did …better today losing 62 points and now the BCI reads 1,709 points…

The Panamaxes were down 22 with the BPI at 1,209…

Ten points lost from the Supras’ BSI now at 912..

Four points down for the Handies with the BHSI at 582…

Low and stranded Wets an issue; the last published BDTI (Dirties) and BCTI (Cleans) stood at 405 – no change and 310 – plus on point respectively…

The WTI fell 49 cents since yesterday and now stands at US$38.55… lovely!

The Geopolitics are “on hold” given the USA’ vote count; surprised to see this delay in the superpower’s courtyard… given the super technology existing there…

MIGRANTS by far the most important issue…

Nothing yet from the USA on the election results; Biden leads though, but with president Trump one has to be cautious!

The Greek PM must cut red tape in public services. We have observed some chronic deficiencies in some sectors, so it is about time for him to intervene and rectify same!

Coronavirus spreads proving how wrong the politicians and their cronies are and now the cases and death toll rises. More lockdowns ahead. C A U T I O N !

Have a nice evening and ensure you continue to remain on guard from actions emanating from Pirates, Terrorists, Criminals and any Business Hooligans whatsoever wherever you are on Planet Ocean.  Once again a big THANK YOU to all who really care for all humans – Doctors, Nurses, Seafarers, Dockers, Port Authorities et al during this Coronavirus disaster!! We repeat: Do please invest in Hospitals including Equipment, Doctors, Nurses and any useful means to avoid further disasters! Become more disciplined and care for the Environment too. Lastly: Education and Training for all to be able to tackle these disasters. Let us work collectively together and NOT opt for a fistful of Dollars to restart the already collapsed global economy… which is in red US$ 270 (twohundredandseventy) trillion…
