Pumpkin-carving competition
As is tradition on board our ships, our talented crews put their pumpkin-carving skills to the test once again this year – as part of our Halloween festivities. Halloween quiz with Jamie
We enjoyed a very special treat on Facebook this week, as the lovely Jamie Rudland joined us live to host 30 minutes of Halloween-themed fun, chat and quizzing for our Fred. Olsen ‘family’. Spooky cocktail creations
Pumpkin-carving isn’t the only way our crews get to show-off their Halloween handiwork. Some of the finest fearsome treats created on board include a cauldron of spooky cocktails, such as the Ghost’s Whisper, Eyeball Martini and Thirst for Blood. Celebrating World Pasta Day
World Pasta Day on Monday was a reminder of just how much we love Italian cuisine at Fred. Olsen. Judging by how popular our pasta dishes are on board, our guests love it too! To celebrate all things pasta, we put the spotlight on some of our favourite dishes, such as Fusilli Carbonara and Gnocchi Gorgonzola, and went behind the scenes with our chefs to see how they’re made.
