“It is said that women tend to invest environmental sustainability processes into business due to their inherent sense of social responsibility. Not just this but, in making decisions that differ from mainstream male behaviour, they can obviously balance an organization and promote better overall attitudes and health in business. Helping businesses to measure, manage and reduce environmental impact is vital. Diversity in a company must lead to better outcomes, especially if we all are allowed flexible time and family friendly workplaces – important considerations for employers worldwide. It really is time for that action plan to be put into place.”
